  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason, please ask me if you ever feel unsure about your request.

agreements

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

  • Please throughly review my prices and TOS as to understand my general workflow.

  • I typically take 4 - 5 days to finish an illustration, take that into account when submitting a request for a commission. I will notify you of any delays.

  • You may use the finished work for any and all personal uses, such as: profile pictures, wallpapers, personal displays, twitch and/or youtube elements, etc.

  • Commercial rights are required if the commissoned work is used in a way that directly sells or promotes a product or service (EX: games, merch, branding, printed media, etc).

  • Please do not edit (without permission), trace, monetize or train my art on AI.

  • I retain a level of ownership on all commissions fulfilled, and can freely post those works on my account. However, I will not reveal your identity if you wish to remain anonymous.

  • If you post the finished work, you must credit me as the author within the post.

  • I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given during the sketching phase.

  • I do not accept refunds after the sketching phase.
